What is the Main-Books and what it is for?
The Main-Books is an online, cloud-based office system for self-employed people and small companies. Using Main-Books you can manage the following functions:

Do I have to install anything before using the Main-Books?
Our answer is no for short. For use of Main-Books you do not need any other program except for the browser you used before. We have to say that the invoices, estimates, lists can be exported into PDF files. For reading PDF documents, you may need a suitable program (for example: Adobe Reader).
How much is the Main-Books subscription fee?
All Main-Books accounts start with a 10-day trial period. After this period you have to choose one of our packages. You have a chance to use our services free, with this option you can handle only 3 client in our system. You can find detailed information about our prices here.
Can I change subscription package on-the-fly?
Of course, yes. You can change to other subscription package while you use the system continuously if you need so.
Can I use my subscription package for more companies?
Unfortunately, no. With one registration you can use our service with one company only. All companies who want to use our services need to have separate registration.
Is my data in secure?
We pay more attention to keep your data in the highest secure as possible. The contact between our services and your own computer is in a secret form called Socket Security Layer (SSL). This type of security software is used by banking systems for ensuring their electronic data transfer.
We prepare safety savings from the databases permanently and we keep them in a separate place in a secured form. Your data is not used in any form and we do not give out them to a third party. We know that your data connected to your financial and business enterprises are very sensitive data, so we are committed that nobody could get at them excluding you.
How can I have the program updates?
You can use the latest version automatically. This is one of the biggest advantage using Main-Books services facing with the installed programs. Hereafter if you have resort to our services you do not need to take care of installing, updating of a program, you only need to use our services.
